Our base Margaritaville! cake as described above, filled and topped with a strawberry puree Swiss buttercream.



Lemon Blackberry

A buttery yellow lemon cake infused with lemon liqueur, filled and topped with blackberry buttercream.



Tiramisu

A Kahlua- soaked sponge cake filled and topped with tiramisu cream.



Black Forest

Rich and moist chocolate cake layers with fresh cherries (seasonal), and a cherry liqueur. Filled and topped with a whipped cream frosting and shaved chocolate curls. (Any flavoring of choice can be added to the whip).



White Mocha

White chocolate espresso cake layers, filled with chocolate ganache and topped with espresso buttercream. Finished with a white chocolate drip.

Smooth Paradise

Our signature Bundt cake. This cake has been a long time favorite of our customers. Our moist yellow cake is infused with dark Caribbean rum, baked on top of a layer of walnuts, and soaked overnight to intensify the flavours. Pleased note: This cake takes 2 days to complete.



Bluegrass Hooch

Our brown sugar butter cake baked with Kentucky bourbon and topped with a Kentucky bourbon glaze.



Shamrock

Our tender yellow cake is uniquely flavourful as the Baileys Irish Cream liqueur is added right to the batter, and baked on top of a layer of pecans. The cake is finished with a Baileys Irish Cream glaze.



Just Peachy!

An orange vanilla Bundt cake infused with Peach Schnapps, topped with a peach alcohol-infused glaze, and garnished with peach candies



Vokahlúa

Our yellow cake is infused with Absolut Vodka and Kahlúa and baked into deliciousness! Completed with a Kahlúa glaze and Swiss chocolate curls



Chardonnay Anyone?

Our moist yellow cake baked with Chardonnay white wine, topped with a Chardonnay butter glaze, and garnished with Swiss white chocolate curls



Sherry Baby!

Our vanilla cake with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, baked with a cream sherry and walnut topping (optional). Dusted with icing sugar for a finishing touch.



Aye Dublin!

Our moist and delicious chocolate cake baked with Guinness beer, topped with a chocolate cream glaze. Garnished with dark chocolate caramel & sea salt curls

Cheryl’s Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte

Cheryl created this delectable German Black Forest cake with taste and beauty in mind. A moist deep dark chocolate cake with fresh cherries (seasonal*) and German made Schladerer Kirschwasser liqueur baked right in, then soaked with a Kirschwasser glaze. Topped with a dark chocolate drizzle, whip cream swirls, German chocolate, and fresh cherries*. (*If fresh cherries are not available, frozen cherries will be substituted). Please note: This cake takes 2 days to complete.
